What do I do with your information
I am committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, and will store the minimum amount of data about you necessary to use my website and complete your purchases. All customer data, like your name and address, is secured by SSL.
When you purchase something from my shop, as part of the buying and selling process, I collect the personal information you give me such as your name, address and email address. When you browse my website, I also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide me with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
How do you get my consent?
When you provide me with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, and place an order, I imply that you consent to my collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If I ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, I will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in to my newsletter, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for me to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by writing to me at email@example.com
I keep contact form submissions for a period for customer service purposes, for replying to your emails, but I do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.
Like most websites, I use small bits of data called cookies stored on users’ computers to simulate a continuous connection. Cookies recognise information about your preferences and passwords and allow you to move within my website without reintroducing yourself.
My shop is hosted on my website via One.com and the plugin WooCommerce. WooCommerce provide me with an online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you.

In my shop on my website, I collect information about you during the checkout process via the plugin WooCommerce. While you visit my shop, I will track:
– Shipping address: I’ll ask you to enter this so I can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order.
When you purchase from me, I’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. I’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
– Send you information about your account and order.
– Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints.
– Process payments and prevent fraud.
– Set up your account for my store.
– Comply with any legal obligations I have, such as calculating VAT.
– Improve my store offerings.
– Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them.
If you create an account, I will store your name, address and email, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
I generally store information about you for as long as I need the information for the purposes for which I collect and use it, and I are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, I will store order information for 7 years for accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
My newsletter is sent using the email client Mailchimp. If you have signed up to my newsletter, your name and email adress is stored through Mailchimp’s data storage, databases and the general Mailchimp application. You can unsubscribe at anytime by clicking on the link included in each email. For more information you may also want to read the Mailchimp terms of service.
When you click on links on my website, they may direct you away from my site. I am not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
To protect your personal information, I take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide me with your credit card information via Stripe through my website shop or the booking system Acuity Scheduling, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
